Frederick W. Davidson

President, CEO and Director
Fred Davidson was most recently the VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., an energy and gold producer which had over $250 million in assets producing over 10,000 b.o.e. per day, 15 million cubic ft of Natural Gas and 100,000 oz of Gold on an annual basis. Previously, he spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum which grew from grassroots exploration to production. Mr. Davidson also had an active role in a number of other notable mines and exploration projects including: the Courageous Lake Project, Golden Bear Mine and the Denton-Rawhide mine.

He has been a senior executive in the mining industry for the past 35 years during which time he has helped finance public and private mining companies. His experience spans over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Mr. Davidson has sat on the board of Wheaton River Minerals, Plexis Resources and IMPACT Silver Corp.

Mr. Davidson received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accounting designation in 1971. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Silver, a profitable silver exploration company with a 500tpd processing plant located in the prolific 272km2 Royal Mines of Zacualpan district.

Craig A. Geier, HBA

Chief Financial Officer
Craig A. Geier, graduate of the University of Western Ontario, having completed the Honours Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School in 1981, has been the Vice President of Corporate Development since September 2009 and assumed the role of chief Financial Officer on August 11, 2011

Mr. Geier has over 30 years' work experience in both domestic and international markets, acquired in a diverse range of capacities (CEO, CFO, VP Corporate Development); industries (Mining, Commercial Real Estate, Placed Based Media & Microelectronics); and corporate environments (early stage start-ups to major publicly traded entities), including Energold Drilling Corp.; Sulliden Exploration Inc.; TrizedHahn Corporation Limited; Microbonds Inc., and BCE Inc.

Mr. Geier is a member of the Board of Directors of Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Corporation and Microbonds Inc.

James Coleman, LLB

Chairman and Director
Mr. Coleman is a Senior Partner and former Chairman of Macleod Dixon, Barristers & Solicitors. He has extensive experience in international law with a focus on the energy and resource sectors in addition to corporate finance, banking and securities. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, has authored numerous legal papers on resource law and banking, and has chaired various independent committees of public companies relating to corporate governance and securities matters.

H. Walter Sellmer

Director
Walter Sellmer, Director, has more than 30 years' experience as an exploration geologist. He has held senior management positions with Amax Exploration, Canamax and TOTAL Energold Corp., responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar exploration budgets. While with Canamax he acquired the Midway, Ketza and Mount Hundere projects. Mr. Sellmer took Ketza from exploration through feasibility to construction. With TOTAL, Mr. Sellmer planned and directed the geology departments at the Mt. Skukum and Erickson mines, and was instrumental in acquiring the Denton-Rawhide mine in Nevada.

He is currently Past-President of the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines, and has served as industry representative on the Premiers Forum - a mining advisory group to the Premier of British Columbia, as well as a director of the PDAC.

Michael J. Beley

Director
Mr. Beley was founding Vice President and Director of Eldorado Gold Corporation. Through his tenure with Eldorado, the company developed two open pit gold mines in Mexico; defeated an attempted hostile takeover; gained control of an Australian junior gold producer; participated in the oversight of the Sao Bento Gold Mine in Brazil and the development of significant gold assets in Turkey.

A co-founder, Director and Vice President of Bema Gold Corporation from its inception in 1988 through to 1992. Prior to 1988 Mr. Beley held executive positions in Bema's predecessor companies, Amir Mines Ltd., Normine Resources Ltd. and Bema International Resources Inc. These companies merged in 1988 to form Bema Gold Corporation and were controlled by Bema Industries Ltd., a private exploration contracting and geological consulting firm. Mr. Beley was a founding partner of Bema Industries Ltd. and served as President from 1976-1986 and Vice President from 1987-1990.

Wayne Lenton

Director
Wayne D. Lenton is a graduate of the Montana School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Mr. Lenton has over 45 years of experience in the mining industry.

In 1979, he joined AMAX of Canada as Vice President, Operations. In 1985, he was appointed President, CEO and Director of Canada Tungsten Mining Corporation, as well as President of AMAX of Canada and President of AMAX Northwest Mining Company. I n 1989, Mr. Lenton became Chairman of the Board of Minerex Resources and in 1993, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Tungsten, as a result of the amalgamation of Canada Tungsten Mining Corporation, Canamax Resources and Minerex Resources. Mr. Lenton is a past Chairman of the Mining Association of British Columbia and was a Director of the Mining Association of Canada. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers and is a retired Professional Engineer in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

Mr. Lenton is currently working as an independent consultant in Tucson, Arizona, and is a director of several public companies.

Nicolás F. Rodrigo, MBA, CGA, E-Global Drilling Corp.

Chief Executive Officer, President, Director
Nicolás F. Rodrigo has more than 15 years' experience in different industries, including agriculture and mining. Mr. Rodrigo's early experience was in accounting and later in management. He emigrated from Argentina to complete his MBA in Canada, where he began his career in mining. Mr. Rodrigo has actively participated in the strong introduction and rapid development of the Latin American market for the Energold rigs, starting operations in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Guatemala.

In 2008, Mr. Rodrigo was promoted to President and CEO of E Global Drilling Corp., a subsidiary of Energold in Barbados, West Indies. E Global administers and manages all offshore contracts for the Energold Group of Companies, principally in Africa.

Besides his experience in the mining industry, Mr. Rodrigo was the Controller of a Swedish multinational serving the dairy industry in the Latin American markets.

Martin Fitch-Roy, Dando International Drilling Limited, U.K.

Managing Director
Martin Fitch-Roy has been the Managing Director of Dando Drilling International Limited since 1991. From an annual turnover of £400,000 in 1991, Mr. Fitch-Roy grew the company to produce a turnover in excess of £11 million. With an extensive background in drilling, Mr. Fitch-Roy has particular expertise and skills in all types of non-oil and gas drilling exploration, including geothermal. Prior to his career at Dando, Mr. Fitch-Roy was the Contracts Manager for a drilling contracting company in the East of England and Chief Drilling Engineer for a large mining and quarrying company.

Mr. Fitch-Roy has a wealth of experience garnered from marketing and selling to a diverse customer base worldwide with particular emphasis on the provision of water well drilling rigs for bi-lateral and multi-lateral organizations, NGOs and National Ministries.

Dando International Drilling Ltd. was acquired by Energold Drilling Corp. in January 2011 with Mr. Fitch-Roy continuing on as Managing Director. Energold's strategic objective will be to profitably expand Dando's core business and work with their team of engineers to develop and supply next generation drilling rigs for Energold and to capitalize on Dando's extensive experience and expertise to build a separate Energold division specializing in water well drilling services.

Brian Bertram, Bertram Drilling International Corp.

General Manager
Brian Bertram was born in Drumheller, Alberta in 1960, and raised in the small community of Carbon. In 1976, he started working as a driller's helper during the summer holidays for his father's seismic company. He attended college after graduating from high school, completing two years of business administration. After college, he started full time for the company, gaining experience in all aspects of the business by working his way up through the ranks from driller's helper to driller, and then drill supervisor.

Brian gained experience on many projects throughout Canada and the United States, working on various types of drilling equipment ranging from conventional to heliportables. He took over active management of the company in 1986, a position he continues to hold. Brian has completed numerous safety related training courses, including "Accident Investigation", "Leadership", and most recently, Det Norske Veritas' "Modern Safety Management". He attends the Petroleum Industry Safety Seminar annually, and has presented twice at these seminars, as well as holding a position on their organizational committee. Brian maintains a "hands-on" type of management, and makes observatory trips to visit the field crews regularly. Under his management,

Bertram Drilling has undertaken work internationally as well, with projects in the US, Trinidad, and Russia, and in 2002 expanded into the oilsands coring industry. He believes that management's close interaction with the field contributes to the success that Bertram Drilling has as one of the largest drilling companies in Canada today.
