HSE Manager - West Africa
We are searching for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for our drilling projects in West Africa.
The HSE Manager will work closely with Operations Managers, Field Crew and our mining company Clients' representatives to ensure full compliance at all times with project health, safety and environmental standards established by Energold and its Clients.
This is a field position and will require frequent travel to remote project locations throughout the West African region. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in occupational health and safety in mineral exploration drilling and/or the mining industry on the African continent. Experience in meeting and exceeding the highest standards of HSE compliance required by the world's major mining companies is preferred. Experience in both surface and underground operations is preferred. Both English and French language proficiency is also preferred.
