Brian Mittman, CEO, joined Energold in 2019. Brian is a seasoned senior executive who has a successful track record leading several institutional investor owned industrial companies. Originally from the U.S., Brian began his career with international consulting firm AT Kearney. He has worked extensively with service providers and manufacturers in a variety of industrial sectors, including steel, electronics, and chemicals. Brian has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Richard has nearly 40 years’ experience in international drilling.  He has worked in all aspects of the EMEA drilling business both before, and after, its acquisition by Energold in 2010.  He is experienced in operations, procurement, logistics, safety, accounting, business development, and the overall commercial management of the company.  In the last several years his work has been primarily in the international mineral exploration market, including Diamond Core and Reverse Circulation drilling. 

Craig is a business executive with 16 years’ experience in senior business development, commercial and finance roles.  He has spent more than 10 years with Energold, serving in a variety of roles, including as Financial Controller and Commercial Manager responsible for account management and business development in the EMEA region. Craig also has experience in the infrastructure market having been Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager for Fugro’s UK Land site characterisation business.

Having qualified with a degree in Geology, Chris joined the drilling industry in 1998, originally working as a driller before successfully progressing through supervisory and management roles in several international drilling companies. He has been instrumental in the successful and safe delivery of projects in many market sectors and in particular mineral exploration. His experience spans all types of land based drilling with a vast array of different rigs and techniques.  Chris has a proven track record of increasing operational productivity, efficiency and technical competency throughout drilling operations with a focus on continuous improvement and development.

Originally from Mexico City, Marco has been an essential part of the expansion of Energold's international drilling activity, and he now heads Operations and Sales for Energold Latin America.  Prior to joining Energold in 2006, Marco  worked for geotechnical driller FOUNDEX and Coca Cola FEMSA in Mexico.  He began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and has a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City.
